ViewpointKiller does exactly what it´s name says: Kills Viewpoint Media Player 

Viewpoint Media Player is an adware that displays bandwith eating popup ads in IE and on your desktop. It comes silently with an install of AIM, and will be reinstalled by AIM if uninstalled. ViewpointKiller is a software that remove Viewpoint Media Player.

But ViewpointKiller fixes all of that. It takes off Viewpoint Media Player once and for all.
This works for the current version of AIM (5.9.3861), AIM Triton 0.88, and can remove Viewpoint Media Player 3.3

Adware.NDotNet is an adware program that associates non-existent domain names with sponsored content. When an end-user enters a keyword into a browser address bar or attempts to resolve a mistaken or non-existent URL, the adware redirects the user to a sponsored page.Â

This adware component works as a Browser Helper Object.

Removal Instructions:

This adware program must be manually installed. However, there are several known programs that have Adware.NDotNet within them and that install it as the program itself is installed.

Note: Removing this adware component from the system will likely cause the
program that installed it to not function as intended. The uninstaller generally
identifies the programs that will not work after uninstallation.

It has been reported that a computer with this security risk on it may also have
other security risks installed. Symantec recommends that the following steps be
carried out:
Run the Removal Tool.Â
Update the definitions by starting the Symantec program and running LiveUpdate.Â
